Welcome to ARBAL. These Terms and Conditions apply to ticket purchases and the use of our services through our online platform and associated applications. By purchasing tickets or using our services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information
ARBAL's ticket sales system is operated in partnership with the Muska platform, which manages user login, ticket validation, and digital ticket storage in the application. Your purchase and use of tickets are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as Muska platform policies, where applicable.
2. Ticket Purchase
- •All tickets are subject to availability.
- •Your ticket purchase request will only be confirmed after successful payment processing.
- •We accept payments through SISP, Stripe, or other secure payment processors.
- •Tickets are personal and non-transferable, unless expressly stated on the ticket or with prior authorization from the organization.
3. Ticket Delivery
- •Tickets will be delivered in digital format through the Muska platform, accessible in the application or sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.
- •It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their contact details are correct.
4. Event Access
- •To enter the event, you must present your valid digital or physical ticket, along with identification document, if requested.
- •Falsification or misuse of tickets may result in entry refusal, without right to refund.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- •Purchased tickets are non-refundable, except in case of total event cancellation.
- •In case of significant change to the event date or location, the possibility of exchange or partial refund may be offered, as announced by the organization.
- •In force majeure situations (including but not limited to pandemic, natural disasters, government orders), the organization reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the event without refund obligation.
6. Prohibitions and Event Behavior
- •Resale of tickets at prices above face value is prohibited without express authorization from the organization.
- •Participants must comply with all venue rules and behave respectfully and safely.
- •Non-compliance with rules may result in expulsion from the event without right to refund.
7. Responsibility
- •ARBAL organization and its partners, including Muska, will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses suffered by ticket holders, except in cases provided by law.
- •The organization's maximum responsibility, under any circumstances, will be limited to the amount paid for the ticket.
8. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here, and in compliance with applicable legislation.
9. Terms Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
